THE  VERANDAS  and HIDDEN SANCTUARY  form a small self-administered Home Owners Association, with  HIDDEN  SANCTUARY consisting only of two two-story buildings.  Everything here is manageable and very informal and you will soon get to know the other residents. At the beginning of December a Christmas tree is put up at the pool and you can join in the Christmas celebrations.

Our apartment was completed in September 1998 and consists of 120 square metres of comfortable and convenient furniture and equipment overlooking the fairway and green of the 13^th hole of the Flamingo course. Apart from the living room, the apartment has a kitchen, a dining area, 2 bedrooms (with walk-in closets), a Lanai, 2 bathrooms and every imaginable convenience, e.g. air-conditioning in every room.

The kitchen is equipped with table and chairs, American refrigerator, split-level cooker with 4 plates, extractor fan, microwave oven, toaster, coffee-maker and dishwasher.

There is, of course, a telephone with three extensions, one of which is cordless.

We’ve also catered for your entertainment:

There are two televisions  - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The latter also incorporates a VCR and, if required, can be moved into the guest bedroom.  In the living room you will also find a small music center with a radio, CD-player and tapedeck.  The telephone in the bedroom has an integrated alarm clock and radio.

The complex has a tennis court, basketball facilities and a pool, where you can also find a large selection of books.

 
We attach great importance to homeliness and therefore provide books in English and German, packs of cards and board games as well as useful things for the beach, such as a sunshade, foldable chairs, a cooler, swimming aids, etc. Practical aids such as a hairdryer and a printer for your laptop should make your stay more enjoyable.

Directly in front of the house you will find the covered carport belonging to the apartment.
